Delivery & Returns

Delivery charges vary according to weight and size. These will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 working days for processing of your order (This excludes Pre-order Christmas Food Hampers. Processing, despatch and delivery costs will be discussed when a Pre-order is made). If you are super organised and buying ahead of time, please add your desired delivery week at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate that date. If you want your gift to go out immediately, there is no need to complete the delivery week box at checkout.

When ordering alcohol to be delivered where there are minors present, please select the age verification postal option. This means the recipient must be over the age of 18. Proof of age might be requested. If you do not select this postal option, we cannot be held responsible should the alcohol end up in the hands of a minor.

Due to the personalised element of our gift boxes, we only accept returns if the gift boxes are damaged or defective. Please email us at customerservices@ohgiftingcompany.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
